We offer exchanges & returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all original tags attached. Products that have been altered, or purchased on sale are not eligible for return/exchange.

Returns

Items purchased on twelve12.xyz are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, to be eligible for return. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.

We recommend that you return products in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. We also recommend that returned goods be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection.

Please note that returns are currently not free and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with us. Please also be aware that we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit and we strongly recommend that all returns are sent using recorded delivery.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges requested online are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability at that time. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in a different colour or style, or if the product page states the product is low in stock, please register your return request for a refund, and simply purchase the new piece(s) separately at twelve12.xyz

REFUNDS

All returns that are shipped back within the 7-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that in case of a written notice and proof of a return to about:blank within 7 days upon arrival, we will issue a refund latest on day 7. In case we have not received written proof of a return, we allow 30 days to issue a refund.
